Your Role

• Further development of project management structures and standards in close cooperation with the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Contribution to the identification and implementation of internal change projects with the goal of sustainably increasing efficiency and transparency in project management
• Conception, optimization, and implementation of the project management process landscape within the company
• Creation and continuous further development of the PM Guidebook (including methods, tools, and templates) to ensure uniform standards
• Analysis of existing processes and derivation and implementation of concrete optimization measures together with the team
• Close cooperation with project managers and specialist departments, as well as consulting on project management-related issues
• Support of change processes, assistance with workshops, and enablement of teams to apply new PM standards and methods

What We're Looking For

• Completed studies, ideally in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in project management or PMO environment (e.g., through internships or working student positions)
• Basic knowledge of common project management methods (classic and/or agile) and interest in process management
• Structured and meticulous way of working, as well as a strong willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various stakeholders
• Very good German and good English skills, as well as the motivation to take responsibility and develop further
