Junior Marketing Consultant

Here at Lega-Nova Group we’re looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Consultant to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their marketing career who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and support the development and execution of marketing strategies for a variety of clients.

Fresh ideas and being willing to contribute are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support content creation for social media, email, and websites
• Help analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with senior consultants and internal teams to deliver client projects
• Maintain client documentation and marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or near completion)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email, SEO, analytics)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (marketing tools are a plus)
