Junior Marketing Manager (Werkstudent*in) (f/m/x)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant (Working Student). In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of marketing while advancing your studies. You will work closely with our team to expand and implement our marketing strategy effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan, organize, and analyze trade shows and events, including post‑event follow‑up and performance analysis.
• Public Relations (PR) tasks: Prepare interviews and coordinate press releases and media statements for newspapers and other outlets.
• Create and manage content for our social media channels (e.g., posts, stories) and proactively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and forward leads to the sales team.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Create content for blog articles, newsletters, and additional marketing materials, both online and offline.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities: Manage logistics, track RSVPs, and conduct post‑event follow‑up.
• Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, campaign effectiveness).
• Provide administrative support: Maintain databases, manage files, and handle project management tasks.
• Work proactively in an agile start‑up environment: Contribute your ideas and creativity daily, with plenty of room for innovation and implementation as we adapt to new challenges.

Requirements

• You speak fluent German and have good English skills. Nice to have: french, italian or spanish
• You are based in Munich or the surrounding area.
• You are studying in a field related to Marketing, Communication, Business, or a similar discipline.
• You have some experience and a strong interest in marketing and want to improve practical knowledge in a dynamic environment.
• You are creative, organized, and bring a high level of initiative.
• You have an affinity for digital media, social networks, and trends.
