Junior Marketing Specialist

Content Creation

• Creation and editing of target-group-specific content in German and English for various channels:
  • Newsletters and email invitations
  • Social media (especially LinkedIn)
  • Flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials
• Support in the implementation of marketing campaigns (e.g., product launches, sales and service campaigns, event campaigns)
• Ensuring consistent and target-oriented wording across all channels

Digital Marketing

• Support in planning, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Contribution to the management and further development of the LinkedIn channel
• Monitoring and analysis of campaigns (e.g., reach, click-through rate, conversions)

PR & Media

• Support in preparing and implementing the media plan
• Coordination of the distribution of press releases to relevant media outlets
• Assistance with media monitoring and reporting

Event Marketing Support

• Support in organizing and executing seminars, webinars, and trade fairs
• Assistance with event communication and materials (invitations, follow-ups, etc.)

Qualifications

• Commercial training with 1–2 years of experience in marketing or demonstrated commitment to developing expertise in this field
• Or completed vocational training or a degree in marketing or communications, with 1–2 years of professional experience
• Native-level proficiency in German with excellent editorial skills; you enjoy writing
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with marketing tools such as CleverReach/MailChimp, Typo3/WordPress, CRM SAP/Salesforce is an advantage
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio is a plus
• Structured, independen and reliable working style
• Strong organizational capabilities and enjoyment of coordinating projects effectively
