Responsibilities

• Diverse customer environments in lifecycle and expansion
• Independent incident and change management in the area of network and firewall
• Commitment to the further development of monitoring and tool landscape
• Interest in further training

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in the areas of perimeter security, routing & switching, VPN, TCP/IP, WLAN
• Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper or Alcatel-Lucent is an advantage
• Skills in network troubleshooting
• Your German is stylistically confident, and you write and speak English
• Experience with an IT service provider is desired
