Responsibilities
- You will be jointly responsible for further developing the konfetti community (our core: hosts, artists, small businesses) and laying the foundation for long-term cooperation with existing partners.
- You will be responsible for exciting our partners for our growing team, inspiring them for our platform and its features, and being available for all questions regarding our product.
- By constantly questioning the status quo, you will proactively support the continuous development of our work with partners.
- You will be responsible for your own key figures and ensure that they gradually improve.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree or apprenticeship and can already show initial professional experience, e.g., in a startup, a strategy consultancy, or through your own projects.
- You are familiar with the startup mentality and are eager to hit the ground running with us.
- You enjoy interacting with people, both internally and externally.
- An independent and proactive way of working characterizes you, and you can easily juggle multiple tasks.
- You are flexible and want to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Your language skills include at least German and English.

Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung und kannst bereits erste Berufserfahrung vorweisen, z.B. in einem Startup, einer Strategieberatung oder durch eigene Projekte
- Startup-Mentalität ist Dir nicht fremd und Du hast Lust mit uns ordentlich Gas zu geben
- Der Austausch mit Menschen, egal ob intern oder extern, macht Dir Spaß
- Eine eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus und Du kannst mehrere Bälle ohne Probleme in der Luft halten
- Du bist flexibel und möchtest in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld arbeiten
- Deine Sprachkenntnisse weisen mindestens Deutsch und Englisch vor
Responsibilities
- Du bist mitverantwortlich dafür, die konfetti Community (unser Herzstück: Hosts, Künstler, Kleinunternehmen) weiter auszubauen und mit den bestehenden Partnern die Basis für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit zu legen
- Du kümmerst Dich darum, unsere Partner für unser wachsendes Team zu begeistern, bedeisterst sie für unsere Plattform und deren Features und stehst bei allen Fragen rund um unser Produkt zur Verfügung
- Indem Du immer wieder den Status Quo hinterfragst, unterstützt Du proaktiv dabei, dass sich unsere Arbeit mit Partnern stetig weiterentwickelt
- Du verantwortest Deine eigenen Kennzahlen und sorgst dafür, dass sich diese peu a peu weiterentwickeln
