Responsibilities

• You will be jointly responsible for further developing the konfetti community (our core: hosts, artists, small businesses) and laying the foundation for long-term cooperation with existing partners.
• You will be responsible for exciting our partners for our growing team, inspiring them for our platform and its features, and being available for all questions regarding our product.
• By constantly questioning the status quo, you will proactively support the continuous development of our work with partners.
• You will be responsible for your own key figures and ensure that they gradually improve.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree or apprenticeship and can already show initial professional experience, e.g., in a startup, a strategy consultancy, or through your own projects.
• You are familiar with the startup mentality and are eager to hit the ground running with us.
• You enjoy interacting with people, both internally and externally.
• An independent and proactive way of working characterizes you, and you can easily juggle multiple tasks.
• You are flexible and want to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Your language skills include at least German and English.
