As a Junior People Partner Talent Acquisition (f/m/x), you support our Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruiting operations and contribute to the successful achievement of our hiring goals. You work closely with experienced colleagues as well as Hiring Managers, gradually learning all phases of the recruitment process and taking on responsibility for selected roles independently over time. In doing so, you make an important contribution to a positive, professional and consistent candidate experience – from first contact through to successful hire. In this role, you gain in-depth insights into modern recruiting and employer branding and continuously develop both professionally and personally.

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, in full-time (40 hours per week), based at one of our locations in Düsseldorf or Berlin.

Your tasks

• You support the Talent Acquisition team in daily recruiting operations and work closely with Hiring Managers and experienced colleagues.
• You learn all stages of the recruitment process and gradually take ownership of selected roles.
• You create and publish job advertisements, conduct screening calls and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• You support the planning, coordination and execution of interviews – both virtually and on site.
• You contribute to active sourcing activities, the maintenance and analysis of recruiting data as well as employer branding initiatives, smaller projects and events.
