Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization (Meta & Google)

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Support audience testing, bid adjustments, and budget allocation
  • Help scale campaigns based on performance benchmarks and KPIs

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and report on key DTC metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights
  • Work with tools like Google Analytics and spreadsheets for reporting and analysis

A/B Testing & Experimentation

  • Support execution of A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Document learnings and help implement winning strategies
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance to improve efficiency

Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to execute ad creatives
  • Share performance feedback on creatives (e.g., which hooks or formats are working)
  • Assist in managing creative refresh cycles to prevent ad fatigue

Tracking & Setup Support

  • Assist in campaign tracking setup, including pixels and events
  • Support the implementation of tools like conversion tracking and basic tagging
  • Ensure campaign data is accurately tracked and reported

Team & Client Support

  • Work closely with senior managers on strategy execution
  • Support in preparing client reports and presentations
  • Maintain campaign documentation and SOPs
