Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization (Meta & Google)
- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Monitor daily campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Support audience testing, bid adjustments, and budget allocation
- Help scale campaigns based on performance benchmarks and KPIs
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on key DTC metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights
- Work with tools like Google Analytics and spreadsheets for reporting and analysis
A/B Testing & Experimentation
- Support execution of A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Document learnings and help implement winning strategies
- Continuously monitor campaign performance to improve efficiency
Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with design and content teams to execute ad creatives
- Share performance feedback on creatives (e.g., which hooks or formats are working)
- Assist in managing creative refresh cycles to prevent ad fatigue
Tracking & Setup Support
- Assist in campaign tracking setup, including pixels and events
- Support the implementation of tools like conversion tracking and basic tagging
- Ensure campaign data is accurately tracked and reported
Team & Client Support
- Work closely with senior managers on strategy execution
- Support in preparing client reports and presentations
- Maintain campaign documentation and SOPs
Requirements
- Foundational experience in paid media
