Join our physician recruitment team as a Junior Physician Recruitment Consultant and we will provide full training, coaching, and mentoring to learn the role and industry, allowing you the best chance of success – we invest in our people!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven, self-motivated, commission-based environment with high-earning potential in your second year.

We are seeking someone with a strong agency recruitment background who is motivated by results, confident on the phone, and energized by closing placements — this role offers a significant long-term upside.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement to placement
  • Work with multiple clients and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Guide candidates through complex recruitment and licensing processes
  • Conduct high-volume phone, email, and CRM-based follow-ups
  • Coordinate and manage interviews across multiple stakeholders
  • Build long-term candidate and client relationships
  • Maintain accurate records and pipelines within the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams supporting sourcing, business development, and job creation

You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting across multiple clients and roles
  • No previous physician/medical recruitment experience required – the training you will receive is specific to our company objectives, sales model, and global market.
  • Strong sales orientation with measurable results
  • Committed to pursuing your career in sales, you are self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic with the drive and ambition needed to succeed
  • Exceptional people skills – empathetic listener, persuasive communicator, comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls, cold calling and information gathering
  • Comfortable with high phone volume and follow-up-driven workflows
  • Proven ability to manage long recruitment cycles
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with communication.
  • Office 365 proficiency and professional office setting experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, good relationship-building skills you are an empathetic listener and persuasive communicator comfortable taking inbound and making outbound phone calls
  • Experience in high-volume or commission-based recruitment environments
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding targets or quotas preferred
  • CRM proficiency an asset
