The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Platform Engineer to support the development and maintenance of our internal platforms and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in DevOps, cloud systems, and developer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and maintenance of internal platforms and tools
• Assist in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate processes to improve developer workflows
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and uptime
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform-related issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience
• Contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internships or projects included)
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with Linux systems and networking fundamentals
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
• Exposure to scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Interest in DevOps, automation, and platform engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional proficiency in English (German is a plus)
• Based in Germany with valid work authorization
