Role
The successful candidate will join the team and support Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers in operational activities related to portfolio management and client servicing.
The role combines portfolio monitoring and analysis with operational and administrative coordination, offering a comprehensive view of the investment processes within an international Multi Family Office.
The position requires strong attention to detail, a hands-on mindset and a willingness to manage operational tasks related to investment management and coordination with custodian banks and other counterparties.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
- Daily monitoring of portfolios and financial instruments.
- Collection and analysis of performance, allocation and risk data.
- Updating portfolio management system and verifying positions.
- Transmitting and monitoring investment orders.
- Supporting operational checks, reconciliations and mandate compliance.
- Preparing periodic reports and Investment Committee materials.
Relationship Management
- Preparing documentation for client meetings (reports, presentations, analyses).
- Coordinating with banks, custodians and external counterparties.
- Managing daily client requests with Relationship Managers.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Updating financial and contractual documentation.
- Supporting account openings processes, collecting documentation.
- Supporting subscription processes for alternative funds and related operational complexities.
- Coordinating with compliance, middle office and reporting.
- Preparing presentations and supporting materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within a family office, wealth manager or asset manager
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively in an international professional environment.
- Precision, reliability, autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
