Responsibilities

• Design and development of new products – from the initial idea to market readiness
• Creation of detailed product briefings for our international suppliers
• Analysis of trends and competitors to develop innovative design solutions
• Research and selection of new materials and modern textile technologies
• Implementation of product and graphic designs using modern design tools (especially Adobe Illustrator and AI-supported applications)
• Preparation and presentation of new collections
• Participation in customer visits and international sourcing trips

Requirements

• Completed degree or training in design or a comparable field – your skills and sense of aesthetics are decisive
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, ideally initial experience with AI tools for design or image editing
• Creativity, trend awareness, and attention to detail
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, structured way of working, as well as a sense of responsibility and team orientation
• Strong communication skills, openness, and enthusiasm for new things
