Responsibilities

• Drive product enrichment and maintenance initiatives for our assortment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and scalability of product content
• Take end-to-end ownership of product content updates and optimization within our PIM structures
• Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure efficient workflows and maintain focus on activities that have the highest business impact and contribute to overall success
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple internal teams and seniority levels

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in Merchandising, Product Data Management, Product Experience, and/or E-Commerce environments
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including managing large datasets, working with PIM/backend systems, and using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of SQL, GCP, KNIME, and Python is a plus
• Strong bias toward efficiency, automation, and developing scalable solutions to optimize processes and workflows
• Solid project planning and stakeholder management skills, combined with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English, conversational German skills, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
