We're seeking a Junior Product Manager Assistant (w/m/d) to join our Product team in Berlin.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office.

Your mission in a nutshell:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated junior team member to support our Product Managers and Product Owners in their daily work. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in Product Management and gain hands-on experience.

How you will spend your time:

• Support Product Managers in day-to-day operations
• Prepare and structure product documentation
• Coordinate tasks, meetings, and follow-ups
• Assist in backlog maintenance and ticket preparation
• Help gather and organize user and stakeholder feedback
• Support communication between teams
• Take ownership of smaller tasks and projects

What you should bring to the table:

• Strong organizational and structuring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and reliable working style
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in Product Management

Nice to Have

• First experience (internship/working student) in product, tech, or startups
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar
