About Stip Reizen

Stip Reizen offers customers an extensive range of travel to over 35 destinations, including sea cruises, sun holidays, Formula 1 trips, and (new) round trips & city breaks. Since September 2016, Stip Reizen has been part of Corendon. New trips are conceived, purchased, assembled, and put online daily. Due to the varied offerings, there is a suitable holiday for (almost) every traveler.

Your Role

As Junior Product Manager Cruises, you will be responsible for the cruise offerings together with the Product Manager Cruises. This includes developing and drafting the destination and product strategy of Stip Reizen. You will develop purchasing and product plans to offer the Stip assortment to different markets and target groups at the right time, at the right price and margin. You know how to achieve this and derive satisfaction and energy from it. You will analyze sales and develop new cruise packages for existing and/or new destinations and maintain contact with partners and agents. You will analyze booking and market developments and respond adequately. You will check product content for the website, deal with online and offline marketing channels, and all other tasks that arise as a Junior Product Manager Cruises.

Your Work Environment

The Stip Reizen team is located in Badhoevedorp together with Corendon. The department consists of Product Managers and employees who jointly ensure the optimization of the travel offerings and the best prices for the customer. Stip Reizen is known for its often surprising and favorably priced offerings with excellent quality.

What We Expect From You

• You have at least a completed HBO education, preferably in tourism or communication.
• You are fully available.
• You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role in the cruise/travel industry.
• You are strong in communication.
• You are commercially minded and stress-resistant; no 9 to 5 mentality.
• You are accurate and have a problem-solving attitude.
• You have structure in your work and can handle the very varied tasks well.
• You possess persuasiveness, independence, and flexibility.
• You are good at Excel and can express yourself well in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
