Your Contribution to Success

• You develop and manage our product groups - from market and competitor analysis to implementation
• You identify market potentials early, evaluate them, and derive innovative product concepts from them
• As an interface between Marketing, Sales, and Development, among others, you drive product improvements
• You also ensure the maintenance and quality of our product data in the system
• Last but not least: You present our products in training courses, workshops, and at trade fairs

What You Bring

• Completed commercial or technical studies
• Experience in product development processes and strategic thinking
• Negotiation-proof German and English skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and assertiveness skills
• Ability for independent and structured work in a dynamic environment with the goal of advancing one's own area of responsibility
• Willingness to undertake regular business trips
