Junior Product Owner / IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Product Owner / IT Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support product development and business analysis activities. The role involves gathering requirements, managing user stories, and working with teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Support product backlog management and prioritization
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.)
• Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify process improvements and support product enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in a Business Analyst or related role
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar

Preferred

• Exposure to Product Owner responsibilities
• Basic understanding of SDLC
