What awaits you?

• You will accompany product developments and customer projects in the power electronics segment – from requirements analysis to deriving unique selling points for products, applications, and target markets.
• You will support our teams in Europe, Korea, China, and Japan with product developments and market launches, focusing on market speed and customer benefit. You will coordinate the interfaces between product management, R&D, application technology, sales, and marketing.
• You will conceptualize technical articles in coordination with the specialist departments and prepare technical topics in an understandable way for our target groups.
• You will analyze and conceptualize activities in the areas of online marketing, website, and social media together with marketing.
• You will be responsible for the conception and evaluation of partner events and cooperations with trade associations – from content preparation and goal definition to success monitoring.

What should you bring?

• You are an engineer or industrial engineer (Master's degree) with initial experience in a technical industry or with complex B2B products, ideally in product management, project management, or product marketing.
• You can penetrate, evaluate technical content and complex relationships, and work out the added value for customers.
• You have experience working with KPIs and analyzing product metrics.
• You have very good German and English skills (C1/C2).
