What You Bring

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk, preferably supplemented by further training (e.g., Fachwirt (m/f/d)).
• You have already gained initial practical experience – for example, through internships, working student positions, or initial professional experience (up to approx. 2 years), ideally in the insurance, automotive, or digital environment.
• Digital mindset: You are interested in digital products, technological trends, and enjoy familiarizing yourself with technical topics.
• To ensure day-to-day business, you keep an eye on our KPIs, identify deviations, monitor the stability of interfaces and processes, and are responsible for the error-free integration of our offerings.
• You possess analytical thinking skills and good communication abilities.
• Fluent German (C2) and proficient English skills are required.

Your Responsibilities

• Together with your team, you will continuously develop the car insurance tariff offering and optimize the content quality of the comparison.
• Close collaboration with management, our IT department, and our insurance partners.
• You ensure that complex insurance information is understandable and accessible to our customers.
• You develop features and processes in conjunction with our insurance partners.
• You integrate and optimize the presentation of our car insurance tariff offering.
• Through market and competitor analyses, you continuously optimize our insurance offering.
