About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager to support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives across business, product, and technology teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are organized, proactive, and eager to grow in program and project management.

As a Junior Program Manager, you will help bring structure to ongoing initiatives, track progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deliverables

are completed on time. You will gain hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams while

developing strong execution and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Execution Support • Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering cross-functional initiatives. • Maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers. • Support defining milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. • Escalate risks and blockers to senior program leaders when needed.

Cross-Functional Coordination: • Coordinate between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams. • Schedule and facilitate meetings, capture notes, and track decisions. • Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies. • Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.

Reporting & Documentation: • Prepare weekly status reports and program dashboards. • Document requirements, meeting notes, and decisions. • Support business reviews and leadership updates with structured summaries. • Maintain organized documentation in tools such as Confluence or shared drives.

Process & Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and coordination. • Help standardize templates, trackers, and reporting formats. • Learn and apply program management best practices and methodologies.

Required Skills: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments. • Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides). • Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional environments. • High attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, or analytics. • Internship or academic experience managing projects or leading initiatives. • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
