Junior Program Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

As a Junior Program Manager (m/w/d), you will become part of the Behrco team at our client company, working directly on-site. As part of your role, you will be responsible for organizing internal logistical processes, reviewing technical customer specifications, tracking delivery dates, and coordinating and organizing deliveries, among other tasks.

A Day in Your Job:

• Coordination of technical requirements for samples
• Tracking of orders
• Organization of internal logistical processes
• Control of technical customer specifications
• Tracking of delivery dates and quantities
• Ensuring timely availability and completeness of test samples
• Coordination and organization of deliveries from the plant

Your Skills for the Team:

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on industrial engineering, plastics technology, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or comparable
• Technical knowledge in the manufacturing/production of plastic, metal, or foam
• Good knowledge of project management, e.g., milestones in the product creation process (PEP)
• Knowledge in international supplier management is desirable
• Understanding of complex processes and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel (25%) to the production plants and suppliers
