Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and organization of apprenticeship program activities and events. Prepare and distribute program materials, updates, and reports. Track and document project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain program databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in onboarding new apprentices and mentors. Support the development and delivery of training modules and workshops. Conduct research to support program improvements and expansion. Help gather feedback from participants to assess program effectiveness. Ensure adherence to program guidelines and quality standards. Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for apprentices. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Project Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong asset. Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role is beneficial. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Enthusiasm for education, training, and career development. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
