About the role
What you will be doing:
- Act as primary project contact for clients and internal groups.
- Takes projects from original concept through final implementation working with internal resources and external customers.
- Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
- Develop project plans and related task lists as necessary, update plans accordingly.
- Work with client to determine parameter settings and key parameters into proprietary databases.
- Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation and procedures identified throughout the project relating to new product/feature functionality.
- Provide occasional after hour support of client implementations.
- Work with project managers and project teams to ensure internal project audit points are managed and tracked.
- Develop and maintain consistent standards for project status reporting for internal and external purpose.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Play a role in the operational readiness of new products and features, ensuring the implementation process is outlined, well documented and scalable.
What you need to have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in Financial Services institution is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years EFT Project Management experience
- Excellent customer service and active listening skills
- Superb communication Skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated experience working well in a close team environment.
What would be great to have:
- Previous EFT/financial industry experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and support the needs of multiple clients simultaneously, following up with clients as needed.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems that range in complexity. Significantly complex technical issues will be referred to second level support team.
- Solid PC (MS Office) skills and the ability to type 35 wpm or greater
- Master s Degree in Business, Finance or applicable field
- Project Management Certification
