Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage incoming leads from new customers (focus: small & medium-sized businesses) and partners
  • Lead intro calls and workshops for requirements analysis, prepare product demos and present them
  • Accompany our customers from the initial inquiry, through concept phases, to contract conclusion
  • Moderate workshops (requirements analysis & scoping)
  • Conceive and present customized pitches and presentations for customers
  • Lead remote meetings as well as personal customer visits at the customer's site or in our offices
  • Support senior project managers in planning, steering, and timely implementation of projects

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable
  • 0-2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or in the enterprise software environment
  • Results-oriented way of working & "doer" mentality
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Team player with enthusiasm for technology and innovation
  • German and English at least at C1 level
