About the role
Your role in the team
- As a Project Manager in an internationally active high-tech company, you coordinate complex automation and plant projects from A to Z.
- You assume project responsibility from initiation to completion.
- They create project plans, task distributions, and calculations.
- You coordinate the detailed planning and collaboratively develop project and requirement specifications with the team.
- You participate in award negotiations and professionally prepare additional and reduced costs.
- You maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners and serve as the central point of contact for internal departments.
- They monitor schedules, costs, and risks, and coordinate final acceptances and documentation.
- Through project and final review meetings, you ensure sustainable learning and improvement effects — even during international on-site appointments.

Qualifications
- Strong business acumen for project workflows, calculations, and interrelationships, as well as proficient use of MS Office and MS Project.
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style, enabling you to organize complex projects clearly and drive them forward in a goal-oriented manner.
- German and English language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently with customers, partners, and colleagues in an international environment.
- IT and tool affinity (basic knowledge of CAD is an advantage) as well as willingness to travel worldwide (approximately 25%), combined with strong communication skills and team orientation.
Experience
- Several years of experience in a project environment OR initial project-related practice, ideally in a technical-industrial context.
Education
- Completed technical training in automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
