About the role

Your role in the team

  • As a Project Manager in an internationally active high-tech company, you coordinate complex automation and plant projects from A to Z.
  • You assume project responsibility from initiation to completion.
  • They create project plans, task distributions, and calculations.
  • You coordinate the detailed planning and collaboratively develop project and requirement specifications with the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen for project workflows, calculations, and interrelationships, as well as proficient use of MS Office and MS Project.
  • Structured, independent, and proactive working style, enabling you to organize complex projects clearly and drive them forward in a goal-oriented manner.
  • German and English language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently with customers, partners, and colleagues in an international environment.
  • IT and tool affinity (basic knowledge of CAD is an advantage) as well as willingness to travel worldwide (approximately 25%), combined with strong communication skills and team orientation.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in a project environment OR initial project-related practice, ideally in a technical-industrial context.

Education

  • Completed technical training in automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
