Faszination GmbH is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager in Construction to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a young professional eager to grow within the constructional engineering industry. You will be based in either Berlin, Germany, or Warsaw, Poland, working full-time on a permanent basis. As a Junior Project Manager, you will support senior management in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in construction project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or Polish is a plus.

Salary: EUR 38000 - 55000 per year
Requirements
