6-month end-of-studies internship - Junior project manager
Preamble
The Environment & Energy department at SPG constitutes a center of expertise dedicated to energy and environmental issues within a recognized company in the real estate field. In a context where questions related to energy and the environment are taking on an increasing role in the real estate sector, the objective of the department is to position regulatory requirements no longer as constraints, but as sources of opportunities. It is thus a matter of accompanying owners in the renovation and optimization of their real estate portfolio, while actively contributing to the energy transition and the fight against climate change. The department aims to establish itself as a key player, internally as well as externally, by developing and diversifying the company's skills, while actively contributing to its visibility and reputation.

Profile
- Benefiting from a university degree, ideally from an engineering school with experience in the field of energy or construction
- Interest in the field of real estate, environment, and energy
- Curiosity, analytical mind, tenacity, and rigor
- Good communication and writing skills
- Excellent team spirit and ethics, transparency, and sense of service.
Required skills
- Higher education (HES, EPFL, HEPIA) in progress or completed
- Basic knowledge of building physics, building energy, and sustainable construction
- Basic knowledge of SIA standards (SIA 180, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of building technical installations
- Basic knowledge of energy calculations and the use of LESOSAI software
- Basic knowledge of sustainable construction labels (SNBS, Minergie-Eco, etc.)
- Experience in the field of real estate, construction, or in a technical design office
- Mastery of common tools (Microsoft 365, Copilot, GPT)
- Excellent command of French (oral and written), good English skills.
Main objectives
Within our environment and energy team, you will have the opportunity to concretely discover the setup and monitoring of real estate projects, notably through the following missions:
- Contribution to the realization of energy audits within the framework of renovation projects (CECB Plus)
- Technical support and monitoring of projects aiming for the obtaining of energy labels (HPE, Minergie, etc.) or sustainable construction certifications (SNBS, etc.)
- Contribution to the realization of carbon footprints on renovation or construction projects
- Contribution to the development and management of the SIG Eco21 program
- Energy monitoring of the real estate portfolio under technical management with specialized partners
- Contribution to the implementation of sustainable development principles in the social and environmental policy of the company
- Contribution to the development of the service, including the optimization of processes, the analysis of data, and the use of artificial intelligence tools.
Start date: Immediately or to be agreed upon.
