Junior Project Manager Planning & Reporting (m/w/d)

About

For our customer TKMS GmbH, one of the leading globally active system providers for submarines and naval ships, you will work as a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• You support the Project Managers Planning & Reporting and the Project Managers IPS/DOC used in the projects in the creation of planning and work packages.
• You participate in the project planning, control, and administration of work packages in the ticket system Jira, in SAP, and in the resource planning tool.
• You support the creation of the resource planning for the roles assigned to the Technical Documentation department and update it regularly.
• You reconcile the work package data sets, which are mapped in different IT systems (SAP/Jira/MS Project), and thus contribute to consistent planning.
• You create, maintain, and update templates for project reports, minutes, and presentations and support the creation of concrete reports.
• You conduct regular planning meetings with the aforementioned project managers to support status assessments and update the planning on this basis.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a technician or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in the context of project planning and reporting
• Knowledge of the tools Jira, Power BI/ eazy BI, Confluence, SAP, and MS Project is an advantage
• Basic knowledge and experience in applying project management methods
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
