For the "Buildings" Division in the Zurich region, we are looking for an experienced Junior Project Manager Tender (m/f/d) for the "Modernisation" area. Your workplace in this position will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon.

What you will do

  • You coordinate administrative processes and act as the central interface between projects and teams
  • You support the tender team from the early phase to the offer (including general contractor/subcontractor procedures)
  • You work closely with the calculation and project teams on pricing and acquisition
  • You prepare presentations, reports and decision-making documents for top management
  • You will develop in the medium term towards independent tender management

Why you will succeed

  • Completed training in architecture, real estate or construction as well as a strong affinity for the construction and real estate sector
  • Initial project experience and ideally 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel (quick preparation of presentations and conducting analyses)
  • Very good German skills as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation, combined with assertiveness
  • Structured, flexible and process-oriented working style as well as an innovative, open personality with a joy for numbers and the ambition to actively improve things
