Responsibilities

As a (Junior) Project Manager in the Service Provider Management department at the Zweibrücken site, you will work in a dynamic team and make an active contribution to the implementation of our operations roadmap. You will support us in sustainably developing our corporate strategy and ensuring operational excellence. With your understanding of operational service processes, you will manage external service providers in a targeted manner, keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines, and ensure transparent, reliable decision-making bases. You will create meaningful analyses, reports, and management templates, thereby making a significant contribution to data-based management of our processes.

• You form the central interface between internal specialist departments, external partners, and service providers
• Management and further development of customer-effective processes along the operational value chain
• Planning, organization, and moderation of meetings, workshops, and coordination rounds at different levels
• Active shaping and further development of strategic partnerships
• Identification of optimization potential with an entrepreneurial perspective and implementation of sustainable efficiency increases
• Support and independent assumption of (sub-)projects in the operations environment

Profile

You have successfully completed a degree (e.g., in business, engineering, or communication studies) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have initial experience in project management, service provider management, or customer service.

Furthermore, you are characterized by:

• A strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high quality awareness
• A structured, analytical, and independent way of working
• Confident appearance in coordination rounds with internal and external stakeholders
• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
• Very good communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
• Very good German and English skills
