We need a talented Junior Key Account (m/f) in digital recruiting, full-time and permanent, at our Solothurn location.

Responsibilities

Your Tasks:

As a Key Account Manager, you have a direct impact on Risem's success. With every highly satisfied customer and every closed upsell, you ensure more revenue, more recommendations, and thus faster company growth.

• You are responsible for developing long-term relationships with our most important clients.
• You manage communication and coordinate the internal implementation of topics with our internal specialist departments.
• You act as a strategic advisor for our existing clients and professionally advise them on our recruiting services.
• You work closely with Sales Managers and the Marketing team.
• You participate in events, workshops, and speaking events and are available as a contact person.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication - You have negotiation skills, are empathetic, eloquent, and possess strong persuasive power.
• Leadership skills - You are an exceptionally good diplomat with a feel for each individual client.
• Entrepreneurial thinking - You have strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Sales personality - Ideally, you already have sales experience in B2B or project management.
• Feedback affinity - Honest and direct communication with superiors and colleagues are part of a good working relationship for you.
