Enlabor srl is an innovative startup operating in the fields of power electronics and renewables, electronic design, software development, cybersecurity, design and management of complex systems, and research & development. We are a young (currently 2 people), dynamic, and rapidly growing company, part of the ELVI spa group (50+ employees, ~€10M turnover, operating in industrial automation, photovoltaic systems, energy, and complex project management).

We collaborate with clients in high-innovation sectors: battery packs, electric outboard motors, electric vehicles (motorcycles, scooters), power electronics, and energy systems.

Areas of Focus

Software Development

• Low-level programming for microcontrollers (C, C++, firmware, embedded):
  • What you'll do: support firmware development, performance analysis, testing on real hardware.
• High-level programming – Full Stack (Python, Java, AWS, Web):
  • Technologies: Python, Java, AWS, HTML, Javascript, PHP, front-end and back-end.
  • What you'll do: develop internal applications, software tools for clients, automation scripts, web platforms.
• Operating Systems (Windows, Linux):
  • What you'll do: use and manage software environments, basic configurations, support maintenance and task automation.

IT Systems Management

• What you'll do: resolve small technical issues, configure devices, provide internal assistance.
• Network infrastructure and server room management:
  • What you'll do: maintain and improve company IT systems.
• Microsoft 365 services supervision:
  • Tools: Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • What you'll do: support user management, security configurations, and service administration.
• What you'll do: perform basic tasks on domains, policies, and local servers.

Cybersecurity

• Daily operational security: Monitor, support prevention activities, incident response.
• Continuous improvement of security posture: Areas: NIS2, FNCDP, employee training.
  • What you'll do: participate in policy implementation, document drafting, best practice scouting.
  • What you'll do: control dashboards, analyze alerts, verify security standards.

Company Visibility and Image Management

• Website creation and management:
  • Technologies: CMS, HTML/CSS, frameworks.
  • What you'll do: update content, technical maintenance, create landing pages.
• Newsletter and LinkedIn communication:
  • What you'll do: support drafting posts and company updates.

Electronics

• Test bench creation for PCB testing: Design and assembly of setups for electronic board testing.
• Analysis and debugging using an oscilloscope: Study and test electric motors, inverters, battery packs. Laboratory and experimentation activities.
• Use of soldering iron and laboratory tools.

3D Design

• CAD modeling (Autodesk Fusion 360): Create 3D models, mechanical components, enclosures.
• Rapid prototyping with 3D printing: Production and testing of prototypes for functional testing.

Artificial Intelligence

• Application of generative AI for software development support, technical documentation, cybersecurity, content creation, process optimization.
• Continuous training on AI technologies: Constant updating on new models, techniques, tools, best practices.
• Preparation of training and tutoring for clients: Creation of educational materials, workshops, coaching sessions.
• Development of automations, intelligent workflows, scheduling, and custom tools.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or STEM degree are appreciated, but not essential.

Work Arrangement

• Primarily based in Delebio (SO) for the first few months (2-3 days a week).
• Availability at the Milan office and possibility of remote working when compatible with activities.
• Flexible hours, results-oriented.
