Als Junior Recruiter unterstützt du unser Team dabei, die richtigen Talente für unsere Standorte in der ganzen Schweiz zu finden. Du bekommst die Chance, den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess kennenzulernen und aktiv mitzugestalten – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Onboarding.
What you can expect
- You will accompany and support the recruitment process for various areas (commercial, retail & gastronomy) and work closely with managers and the HR team.
- You will help find new and creative ways to reach suitable candidates.
- You will contribute to ensuring our candidates have a positive experience – from the initial contact to starting their new role.
- You will support the development of a consistent talent pool for current and future positions.
- Promotion of diversity & inclusion in the recruitment process.
- You will learn how modern recruiting works and develop step by step.
What you bring
- Above all: Passion for recruiting, people, and the retail/gastronomy industries.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable background.
- First touchpoints with HR or recruiting are a plus – but not a must.
- Openness to try new things and think outside the box.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
- Very good German and English skills, French is a plus.
