EverStaff is seeking a motivated and driven Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door within the fast-paced and dynamic recruiting and staffing industry while learning directly from experienced recruiters and sales professionals.

In this role, you will assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and helping connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities across a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Administrative, IT, Accounting, Legal, and Customer Service.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, professional, and eager to build a long-term career in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate information within the ATS and recruiting systems
• Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience
• Assist recruiters with sourcing strategies and recruiting initiatives
• Assist with onboarding activities including background checks, new hire paperwork, interview coordination, orientation scheduling, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Learn about different industries, positions, and recruiting processes
• Support recruiting and business development efforts as needed
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal team members

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Previous customer service, internship, campus leadership, sales, or administrative experience is a plus
