No prior recruiting experience is necessary! We provide comprehensive training, essential tools, and ongoing support to help you meet and exceed your earning goals. This commission-driven role offers the potential to earn between 30-75% of your performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to quickly fill urgent job openings.
• Match clients with qualified candidates to facilitate successful placements.
• Utilize recruiting tools effectively.
• Conduct cold calls, screen candidates, and prepare both parties for interviews, assisting with job offer negotiations.
• Perform reference checks on potential hires.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing professional relationships over the phone.
• Uphold integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not essential.
• Must complete gpac training and adhere to all training requirements.
