Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing – Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean logic, X‑ray searching, advanced internet sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Talent Pool Development – Convert passive candidates into pre‑emptive talent pools; maintain a high‑quality, searchable candidate database for current and future needs.
  • Employer Branding – Collaborate with leadership and marketing to enhance Resourcesoft’s employment brand across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and industry forums; create compelling job posts and recruitment marketing assets.
  • Interview & Assessment Coordination – Facilitate interview scheduling, technical screening (coding challenges, system design reviews), and evaluate candidate fit against role requirements and cultural values.
  • Data‑Driven Reporting – Generate and present recruitment analytics (time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, pipeline health, market trends) to stakeholders; identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Market Intelligence – Conduct market research on talent supply, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skill sets; advise hiring managers on competitive positioning.
  • Event Representation – Represent Resourcesoft at trade shows, university career fairs, hackathons, and professional networking events to promote the brand and source talent.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and internal policies; maintain accurate records in the ATS.
