What You'll Do

  • You will independently plan, organize, and manage recruiting events such as workshops, presentations, and career fairs.
  • You will act as a central point of contact between external partners and our internal colleagues from the specialist departments.
  • You will coordinate participant selection and advise interested talents on their entry opportunities at Simon-Kucher.
  • You will ensure professional preparation and follow-up of events and maintain contact with relevant talents beyond the events.
  • You will work closely with our consultants to design suitable formats and implement them in a target-group-oriented manner.
  • You will monitor relevant trends in the university and event landscape and continuously develop existing formats.
  • You will be responsible for the job posting process – from quality assurance of job advertisements and placement on relevant channels to analysis and optimization of performance in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Finally, you will participate in employer branding and social media projects and actively contribute your ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor / Master) in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have initial professional experience in coordinating and implementing recruiting events, ideally in the consulting and/or professional services environment.
  • You impress with an independent and structured way of working, combined with high flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • You communicate confidently with fluent German and very good English skills.
