What tasks await you:
- You will accompany the entire recruiting process – from job posting to hiring.
- You will conduct interviews independently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- You will identify and contact suitable talents directly through active sourcing.
- You will actively contribute your own ideas regarding employer branding, social media, and recruiting campaigns.
- Together with the team, you will work on exciting HR projects and further develop processes.
- You will build a strong network through exchange with managers, candidates, and colleagues.
What skills distinguish you:
- You have completed a degree or vocational training in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- You have already gained initial recruiting or HR experience through internships or working student positions.
- You are interested in topics such as recruiting trends, employer branding, and active sourcing.
- With your open personality, you enjoy communicating and actively approach people.
- You work in a structured manner, show initiative, and enjoy getting things done.
- Fluent German and good English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office. Knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) is an advantage.
