What tasks await you:

• You will accompany the entire recruiting process – from job posting to hiring.
• You will conduct interviews independently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• You will identify and contact suitable talents directly through active sourcing.
• You will actively contribute your own ideas regarding employer branding, social media, and recruiting campaigns.
• Together with the team, you will work on exciting HR projects and further develop processes.
• You will build a strong network through exchange with managers, candidates, and colleagues.

What skills distinguish you:

• You have completed a degree or vocational training in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• You have already gained initial recruiting or HR experience through internships or working student positions.
• You are interested in topics such as recruiting trends, employer branding, and active sourcing.
• With your open personality, you enjoy communicating and actively approach people.
• You work in a structured manner, show initiative, and enjoy getting things done.
• Fluent German and good English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office. Knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) is an advantage.
