We are looking for a Junior Recruiter (m/f/d) in full-time and permanent employment at our location in Braunschweig, starting immediately. Become part of a dedicated team that identifies top talent and presents the best candidates to our clients.
Responsibilities
- You will conduct initial interviews with candidates generated through our social media campaigns.
- You will be responsible for the pre-selection of suitable talents for our clients.
- You will document interview results in our applicant management tool and professionally prepare candidate profiles.
- As a brand ambassador for our clients, you will convey relevant job and company information.
- You will combine recruiting with customer consulting by supporting both candidates and companies.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration – ideally with initial experience in customer contact, sales, or service.
- Enjoy interacting with people, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm.
- Structured and reliable way of working with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form.

Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich HR, Psychologie oder BWL
- Freude am Austausch mit Menschen, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenmotivation.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen.

- Du führst Erstgespräche mit Kandidaten, die durch unsere Social-Media-Kampagnen generiert wurden.
- Du übernimmst die Vorauswahl geeigneter Talente für unsere Kunden.
- Du dokumentierst die Gesprächsergebnisse in unserem Bewerbermanagement-Tool und bereitest Kandidatenprofile professionell auf.
- Als Markenbotschafter unserer Kunden vermittelst Du relevante Job- und Unternehmensinformationen.
- Du verbindest Recruiting mit Kundenberatung, indem Du sowohl Kandidaten betreust als auch Unternehmen unterstützt.
