Your Responsibilities

• Recruiting with a sales focus: Together with our sales colleagues, you will connect companies with freelance IT and engineering specialists for exciting projects.
• Finding the perfect match: You will search for the best talents, post projects, conduct interviews – also on-site – and make the right selection for our clients.
• Negotiating & Managing: From the offer to contract negotiations to project controlling – you will keep an overview.
• Your success starts with us: In the SOLCOM Academy, you will receive training in rhetoric, interview techniques, and legal basics, among others.

Your Qualifications

• A completed degree – ideally in business administration, but you are also welcome with other degrees.
• First experience in sales, recruiting, or a customer-oriented role – whether through internships, working student jobs, or projects.
• Structured work and clear priorities are a matter of course for you.
• You are communicative, goal-oriented, and inspire people with your ideas.
• Confident demeanor and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
