Your Responsibilities:

• Active sourcing and recruiting of commercial and industrial employees
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Conducting telephone and in-person interviews
• Applicant management from initial contact to successful hiring
• Posting and maintaining job advertisements on various recruiting platforms
• Maintaining the applicant and employee database
• Creating employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Initial experience in recruiting / personnel services is an advantage
• Enjoy working with people and communicating with applicants and clients
• Confident and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
• Organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
• Team player with high social competence
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken), English skills are an advantage
• Discreet and responsible handling of sensitive data
