Junior Recruiter & Research (m/w/d)

Your Role

• You will learn the entire recruiting process – from candidate search to successful placement.
• Together with experienced consultants, you will work on exciting positions in the Finance & Accounting environment.
• You will research candidates in internal and external databases as well as on relevant platforms.
• You will actively work with Direct & Active Search and continuously monitor trends in the applicant market.
• You will develop a knack for specifically approaching, convincing, and supporting suitable candidates.
• You will use modern digital tools and AI-supported applications in recruiting – and try out new things.
• After an onboarding phase, you will conduct your own interviews and gradually take on more responsibility.
