Our renowned company is looking for a motivated and dedicated Junior Recruiter (m/f/d) for our location in Hallein, Salzburg, AT, to support our HR team in recruitment, especially for technical and IT positions. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with initial relevant professional experience to prove themselves in the world of recruiting.

Your Role

Your main task will be to identify and approach talent for our open positions and accompany the hiring process. This includes active sourcing on various platforms, creating job advertisements, pre-selecting applications, and conducting initial telephone interviews. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and find suitable candidates. Maintaining our applicant database and optimizing our recruiting processes are also part of your responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a communicative and service-oriented personality with a strong interest in technology and IT professions. A completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory. Initial experience in recruiting, human resources, or sales is desirable. You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently. Very good German language skills are essential; English skills are an advantage.
