Responsibilities

• Support of the entire recruiting process up to onboarding
• Support with time management
• Participation in operational HR day-to-day business
• Support in optimizing and designing HR processes
• Close cooperation with Payroll and HR team

Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship with a focus on personnel / HR
• Further training in the personnel sector is an advantage
• Initial experience in recruiting and/or personnel administration is desirable
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
