Key Responsibilities

  • Support outreach initiatives to engage potential candidates through various channels
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure consistent branding
  • Qualify candidates based on predetermined criteria and client specifications
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters throughout the search process
  • Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and correspondence with candidates and clients
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy across all platforms
  • Support recruiters with their daily tasks and any other ad hoc duties
  • Interpret and compile reports on assessment results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Agency or executive search experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Quiet, private workspace at home with reliable internet connection
