Junior Restoration Project Manager

About the Role

As a Junior Restoration PM, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll be involved in day-to-day site operations, communication with trades and adjusters, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing restoration projects (water, fire, mold, and general repairs)
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
• Support scoping, estimating, and documentation (work orders, change orders, photos, reports)
• Communicate with homeowners, insurers, and internal teams
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Maintain organized project files and job documentation
• Conduct site visits and help ensure quality control and safety compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination (or relevant education)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working on active job sites
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency with basic construction documents and software (Xactimate experience is an asset, not required)
• Valid driver’s license
