Duties & Responsibilities

• 3–4 years’ construction experience
• Exposure to HVAC / building services advantageous
• Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Driver’s license
• Run smaller sites and support multiple projects
• Plan and track work (MS Projects / CCS)
• Manage orders, deliveries, and site logistics
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Deal with clients and keep relationships strong
