The JR Support Engineer SRE will be responsible for supporting site reliability engineering efforts with a focus on task automation, incident management, and troubleshooting. Skills

• Strong Linux skills
• Experience with Python for task automation
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of incident management processes
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Linux
• Practical experience with at least one pillar of observability (metrics, logs, or traces)
• Experience with operational dashboards (e.g., Splunk, Grafana)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow administration or support

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support as required
• Assist with incident management processes
• Automate tasks using Python or other programming languages
• Troubleshoot Linux-related issues
• Create and maintain operational dashboards for monitoring
• Implement site reliability engineering practices including SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant support engineering role
• Proven experience with site reliability engineering practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
