About

In this job as a C# Software Developer you will be part of a dynamic team working on full life cycle projects developing innovative analytical software for our financial services client. You will work alongside quantitative analysts, software developers and brokers/traders to develop innovative trading software and strategies. Within this position you will continue to learn and grow on the job while being exposed to many new technologies. You will work both independently and in a team while taking responsibility for projects and processes.

Responsibilities

In this position as a C# Software Developer you will participate in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of new and existing automated systems, software and infrastructure. It is important that you are an analytical, proactive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys personal development and the sharing/exchange of knowledge. You will frequently be working with C#, Python, Visual Studio, MatLab and databases (such as SQL).

Requirements

• A combination of at least 3 years experience programming with C# and some exposure to Python
• Definable experience with Visual Studio, T-SQL, SQL Server/MySql
• In-depth knowledge of the main principles and functions of Object-Orientated design
• Good understanding of data structures, working with complex data and analytical solutions/algorithms
• MatLab experience is advantageous
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken
