As we continue to expand rapidly, IPC has a need for motivated Junior Software Developer Interns to join the team! The role will begin as a part-time paid internship focused on training, onboarding, and hands-on experience. Upon successful completion of the internship period, the individual will transition into a part-time, paid hourly position while continuing to build skills and contribute to internal initiatives. Once the individual is ready and a suitable client engagement becomes available, they will be transitioned into a full-time role staffed on a project. IPC is seeking to hire motivated Software Developers to help with the development of our current projects. Your duties will primarily revolve around building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. You will also be involved in directing system testing and validation procedures, and also working with customers or departments on technical issues, including software system design and maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of programming languages and the software development life-cycle. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related degree is required.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
